How to make one

Tips

Add a page for each month and change the dates and photo, to make a full year in one PDF.
Weeks start on Monday. Weekend dates are in your main color so they stand out.
Type birthdays and events straight onto the grid, or print it and write on it.
For a club calendar, the ‘what’s on’ layout fits four events on an Instagram post.

Common questions

Which months are there?

The templates show January and March 2027. Change the month name and dates for any month you like.

Can I print a calendar on A3?

Download the A4 PDF and choose A3 (or ‘fit to page’) in your printer settings; it scales up sharply.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no account, no watermark and no limit on downloads. The design maker runs in your browser, so your photos and words aren’t uploaded anywhere.

Can I come back to my design later?

Yes. Designs are kept in this browser and listed under Your designs when you open the design maker. To move one to another device, use Download › Save editable project.
