How to make one

Change the words and pictures. Double-tap any text to type over it, and double-tap a photo frame to add your own photo.
Make it yours. With nothing selected, choose a colour palette and a font pairing, and the whole design changes to match. Move, resize or add anything you like.
Download. Download one multi-page PDF with every certificate, ready to print or email.

Tips

Replace the name with {Name} (and the award with {Award}, if they differ), then choose Bulk create from a list and paste the names straight from a spreadsheet.
Download a single PDF with all the pages, or All pages as PNG pictures in a ZIP to email each person their own.
Add your organisation's logo and a signature line. A handwritten-style font such as Caveat works for the signature.
Print on heavier paper or card for certificates that will be framed.

How many certificates can I make at once?

Up to 200 rows from a list in one go. Each row becomes a page.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no account, no watermark and no limit on downloads. The design maker runs in your browser, so your photos and words aren’t uploaded anywhere.

Can I come back to my design later?

Yes. Designs are kept in this browser and listed under Your designs when you open the design maker. To move one to another device, use Download › Save editable project.
