How to make one

Pick a template. It opens in the design maker, in your browser.
Change the words and pictures. Double-tap any text to type over it, and double-tap a photo frame to add your own photo.
Make it yours. With nothing selected, choose a colour palette and a font pairing, and the whole design changes to match. Move, resize or add anything you like.
Download. Choose PDF to print at home or at a print shop. Tick PDF with 3mm bleed and crop marks if the printer asks for bleed.

Tips

Make the invitation first, then use Save to my palettes so the save the date, place cards and thank-you cards all match.
For place cards, put {Guest} where the name goes and paste your guest list into Bulk create: you get one card per guest.
Print sheet fits several place cards on one A4 page with crop marks, ready to cut.
Print a single copy and check the colours and spelling before you print the full set.

Common questions

What size are the invitations?

5 × 7 inches (127 × 178 mm), the most common invitation size, which fits a C6 or 5×7 envelope.

Can I add a QR code for RSVPs?

Yes. Add a QR code from the Add tab and type the link to your RSVP form or wedding website. Test it with your phone before printing.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no account, no watermark and no limit on downloads. The design maker runs in your browser, so your photos and words aren’t uploaded anywhere.

Can I come back to my design later?

Yes. Designs are kept in this browser and listed under Your designs when you open the design maker. To move one to another device, use Download › Save editable project.
